uniformity, as well as on the properties of the substrate.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p2\"><b style=\"color: #ff5522;\">Arc deposition (Cathodic Arc Evaporation \u2013 CAE)<br \/>\n<\/b><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\n<div dir=\"ltr\" data-olk-copy-source=\"MessageBody\">Principle: a high\u2011current\u2011density electric arc vaporizes the target material in a reactive gas atmosphere,
